Testing is conducted in accordance with ISO 14644, which is a group of International Standards relating to cleanroom classification for particulates, airflow, air change rates, positive pressure, airborne molecular contamination and airborne microbial counts.

Envirotest Ltd also cover associated areas such as HEPA filter efficiency testing and recovery time studies. Envirotest has conducted cleanroom validation in many sectors requiring clean manufacturing, e.g. semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical equipment/ disposables, contract packaging, plastics manufacture and nuclear.

We also have extensive experience of trace contamination identification in cleanrooms, for airborne molecular contaminants/ particulates/ fibres and finding the source(s) - so that they can be removed from the manufacturing process.
